Mobile notary services aim to make the notarization process convenient, accessible, and efficient for their customers. Whether it’s a home, office, hospital, or other location, mobile notaries can meet customers wherever they need notarization services, saving them time and effort.

Notarization refers to the process of certifying the authenticity of signatures on legal documents. A notary public verifies the identity of the signers, ensures they are signing willingly, administers any required oaths or affirmations, and then applies their official seal or stamp to the documents to indicate that it has been properly executed. This process helps prevent fraud and ensures the validity of legal documents.

Oaths: A solemn promise or declaration, often made in a formal ceremony or legal context, in which a person pledges to fulfill a duty or obligation truthfully and faithfully.

Affirmations: Instead of swearing an oath, individuals may affirm that they will tell the truth or fulfill their duties faithfully, without reference to a deity. Affirmations carry the same legal weight as oaths and are used to ensure honesty and integrity in legal proceedings, ceremonies, and official contexts for those who prefer not to swear by a religious belief.

A certified copy refers to a duplicate of an original document that has been authenticated by a notary public as being a true and accurate reproduction of the original.

Remote online notarization (RON) is a process that allows individuals to have their documents notarized electronically over the Internet using audiovisual technology. This offers individuals the convenience, efficiency, and security to have documents notarized from anywhere with an internet connection without the need for in-person meetings.

As a Loan Signing System certified agent, I am trained and authorized to oversee the signing of loan documents, including mortgage agreements, promissory notes, deeds of trust, and other relevant paperwork. I thoroughly review documents for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all necessary signatures and initials are obtained and the documents are filled out correctly because I understand that a missed signature can be costly for all parties involved.

I also offer courier services to deliver signed documents to the appropriate parties such as lenders, title companies, or escrow agents including FedEx.
