Affirmations carry the same legal weight as oaths and are used to ensure honesty and integrity in legal proceedings, ceremonies, and official contexts for those who prefer not to swear by a religious belief.

I thoroughly review documents for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all necessary signatures and initials are obtained and the documents are filled out correctly because I understand that a missed signature can be costly for all parties involved.
I also offer courier services to deliver signed documents to the appropriate parties such as lenders, title companies, or escrow agents including FedEx.
